Approach

I begin by listening attentively to the unique pain that is bringing you in and why it is emerging now. In a setting of compassion and curiosity, we reflect together about the important things on your mind – hopes and fears, thoughts and feelings, love and work. We explore patterns of relating to others that repeat like fractals across time, coming to a deeper understanding of the factors that shaped you.

I’m thoughtful about how your mind can often work against itself without your awareness. For example, symptoms may be a disguised attempt to protect yourself from something else. Over time, and bit by bit, you can find relief, learn to accept yourself and the realities in your life, and experience greater freedom and vitality to go after the things that matter most to you.

If you’re interested in learning more or taking a step forward, I invite you to reach out to see how it feels to talk together.
